Delivery and pick-up services include unloading and loading all rented equipment at the rental address. Labor charges may be added on for setup and break down of equipment at drop off. Delivery/pickup fees are based on location, and not how much inventory you rent. Pickup of equipment at our warehouse is always available during our business hours, at no additional charge. Our delivery team is available to setup and/or breakdown your design for chairs, tables, pipe and drape, etc. We want to make your event run flawlessly, and if that means taking out the sweaty work for you and your friends/family then we are here to do the heavy lifting! Call for our current labor fees and let us know how we can best serve you.
We will always setup and breakdown your tent rental. Call us to help you decide what tent will best fit your venue and needs. If we do not have what you need, I’ll bet we know where to find it.
Unlike many event rental companies in the surrounding areas, we work on the weekends! Our showroom is open from 8-12pm on Saturdays, and our delivery team and rental trucks are running on Saturdays and Sundays. We will work with you to make sure that you are offered the best rate for your event's delivery and pickup.
